Before Your Call
Proof
After 3 months of preparation, Filip became stronger, faster and better conditioned. He had trained martial arts for 10 years, but it was only after our cooperation that he really felt a clear improvement in speed, explosiveness, conditioning and physique.
Mateusz improved his punching power, punching dynamics, footwork endurance and kicking mobility. His jab cross started landing better because he could finally control distance. Before, he used to gas after one minute of sparring, now he maintains constant pressure. His high kicks went up easily without forcing the movement.
Kacper made strong progress in footwork, punching explosiveness and conditioning. His footwork improved so much that his coach wanted to push him into the Polish Boxing League. After medicine ball throws and plyometric push ups, his right hand stopped feeling like a push and started feeling explosive and sharp. Structured airbike intervals replaced his old 5 to 10 km steady runs and his conditioning translated directly to boxing.
Michał came in confused with random gym workouts and walked into fight camp with a clear plan, better athleticism and real confidence in his body. He won his first amateur fight after 3 months of cooperation.
Mieszko improved his strength, punching speed and kicking power. After around 1.5 to 2 weeks, he started feeling the strength transfer into kickboxing during sparring and drills. His biggest transformation was his kicks, which became significantly more powerful compared to 3 to 4 months earlier.
Tomasz improved his conditioning, mobility, takedown ability and kicking range without losing athleticism. He now has more energy during cage sparring while his opponents start fading halfway through the round. His hips became looser, making takedowns, sprawls, high kicks and middle kicks much easier to perform.
